Career Coaching / Counseling Telephone Sessions

Tele-Coaching Career Counseling / Coaching sessions are not refundable. The reason is that our career coaches invest time in preparing for the call. They also sacrifice flexibility in their day and they pass up on other opportunities to help other people when they block out time for an appointment.

Finally, should you reschedule within 48 hours of an appointment you will be charged for the full appointment. This may sound a bit harsh, but picture this: Assume we have an appointment with you later today. If another client calls and wants to book an appointment in that same time slot, we can't accommodate them. Then, a few minutes later you may email us to reschedule.

Worse yet, we always spend time before a counseling appointment to prepare so that you, the client gets the most out of a session. If you reschedule after we have spent that time, our time will have been wasted. So we put a great value on time, both your's and ours.
